Miracle at Cana
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
On the third day there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there;1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:1 Three days later a wedding took place in the city of Cana in Galilee. Jesus' mother was there.1 The third day, there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee. Jesus' mother was there.1 And on the third day a marriage took place in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.
and both Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding.2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.2 Jesus and his disciples had been invited too.2 Jesus also was invited, with his disciples, to the marriage.2 And Jesus also, and his disciples, were invited to the marriage.
When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to Him, "They have no wine."3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.3 When the wine was gone, Jesus' mother said to him, "They're out of wine."3 When the wine ran out, Jesus' mother said to him, "They have no wine."3 And wine being deficient, the mother of Jesus says to him, They have no wine.
And Jesus said to her, "Woman, what does that have to do with us? My hour has not yet come."4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.4 Jesus said to her, "Why did you come to me? My time has not yet come."4 Jesus said to her, "Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come."4 Jesus says to her, What have I to do with thee, woman? mine hour has not yet come.
His mother said to the servants, "Whatever He says to you, do it."5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.5 His mother told the servers, "Do whatever he tells you."5 His mother said to the servants, "Whatever he says to you, do it."5 His mother says to the servants, Whatever he may say to you, do.

Now there were six stone waterpots set there for the Jewish custom of purification, containing twenty or thirty gallons each.6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.6 Six stone water jars were there. They were used for Jewish purification rituals. Each jar held 18 to 27 gallons.6 Now there were six water pots of stone set there after the Jews' way of purifying, containing two or three metretes apiece.6 Now there were standing there six stone water-vessels, according to the purification of the Jews, holding two or three measures each.
Jesus said to them, "Fill the waterpots with water." So they filled them up to the brim.7 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.7 Jesus told the servers, "Fill the jars with water." The servers filled the jars to the brim.7 Jesus said to them, "Fill the water pots with water." They filled them up to the brim.7 Jesus says to them, Fill the water-vessels with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
And He said to them, "Draw some out now and take it to the headwaiter." So they took it to him.8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.8 Jesus said to them, "Pour some, and take it to the person in charge." The servers did as they were told.8 He said to them, "Now draw some out, and take it to the ruler of the feast." So they took it.8 And he says to them, Draw out now, and carry it to the feast-master. And they carried it.
When the headwaiter tasted the water which had become wine, and did not know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the headwaiter called the bridegroom,9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,9 The person in charge tasted the water that had become wine. He didn't know where it had come from, although the servers who had poured the water knew. The person in charge called the groom9 When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and didn't know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast called the bridegroom,9 But when the feast-master had tasted the water which had been made wine (and knew not whence it was, but the servants knew who drew the water), the feast-master calls the bridegroom,
and said to him, "Every man serves the good wine first, and when the people have drunk freely, then he serves the poorer wine; but you have kept the good wine until now."10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.10 and said to him, "Everyone serves the best wine first. When people are drunk, the host serves cheap wine. But you have saved the best wine for now."10 and said to him, "Everyone serves the good wine first, and when the guests have drunk freely, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now!"10 and says to him, Every man sets on first the good wine, and when men have well drunk, then the inferior; thou hast kept the good wine till now.

This beginning of His signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory, and His disciples believed in Him.11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.11 Cana in Galilee was the place where Jesus began to perform miracles. He made his glory public there, and his disciples believed in him.11 This beginning of his signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.11 This beginning of signs did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested his glory; and his disciples believed on him.
After this He went down to Capernaum, He and His mother and His brothers and His disciples; and they stayed there a few days.12 After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.12 After this, Jesus, his mother, brothers, and disciples went to the city of Capernaum and stayed there for a few days.12 After this, he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, his brothers, and his disciples; and they stayed there a few days.12 After this he descended to Capernaum, he and his mother and his brethren and his disciples; and there they abode not many days.
First Passover—Cleansing the Temple
The Passover of the Jews was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.13 And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.13 The Jewish Passover was near, so Jesus went to Jerusalem.13 The Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.13 And the passover of the Jews was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
 And He found in the temple those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers seated at their tables.14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:14 He found those who were selling cattle, sheep, and pigeons in the temple courtyard. He also found moneychangers sitting there.14 He found in the temple those who sold oxen, sheep, and doves, and the changers of money sitting.14 And he found in the temple the sellers of oxen and sheep and doves, and the money-changers sitting;
And He made a scourge of cords, and drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen; and He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables;15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;15 He made a whip from small ropes and threw everyone with their sheep and cattle out of the temple courtyard. He dumped the moneychangers' coins and knocked over their tables.15 He made a whip of cords, and threw all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changers' money, and overthrew their tables.15 and, having made a scourge of cords, he cast them all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the change of the money-changers, and overturned the tables,

and to those who were selling the doves He said, "Take these things away; stop making My Father's house a place of business."16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.16 He told those who sold pigeons, "Pick up this stuff, and get it out of here! Stop making my Father's house a marketplace!"16 To those who sold the doves, he said, "Take these things out of here! Don't make my Father's house a marketplace!"16 and said to the sellers of doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house a house of merchandise.
His disciples remembered that it was written, "ZEAL FOR YOUR HOUSE WILL CONSUME ME."17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.17 His disciples remembered that Scripture said, "Devotion for your house will consume me."17 His disciples remembered that it was written, "Zeal for your house will eat me up."17 And his disciples remembered that it is written, The zeal of thy house devours me.
The Jews then said to Him, "What sign do You show us as your authority for doing these things?"18 Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?18 The Jews reacted by asking Jesus, "What miracle can you show us to justify what you're doing?"18 The Jews therefore answered him, "What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?"18 The Jews therefore answered and said to him, What sign shewest thou to us, that thou doest these things?
Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.19 Jesus replied, "Tear down this temple, and I'll rebuild it in three days."19 Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."19 Jesus answered and said to them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
The Jews then said, "It took forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?"20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?20 The Jews said, "It took forty-six years to build this temple. Do you really think you're going to rebuild it in three days?"20 The Jews therefore said, "It took forty-six years to build this temple! Will you raise it up in three days?"20 The Jews therefore said, Forty and six years was this temple building, and thou wilt raise it up in three days?
NASBKJVGWTWEBDBY
But He was speaking of the temple of His body.21 But he spake of the temple of his body.21 But the temple Jesus spoke about was his own body.21 But he spoke of the temple of his body.21 But he spoke of the temple of his body.
So when He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He said this; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had spoken.22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.22 After he came back to life, his disciples remembered that he had said this. So they believed the Scripture and this statement that Jesus had made.22 When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he said this, and they believed the Scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.22 When therefore he was raised from among the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and believed the scripture and the word which Jesus had spoken.
Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in His name, observing His signs which He was doing.23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.23 While Jesus was in Jerusalem at the Passover festival, many people believed in him because they saw the miracles that he performed.23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in his name, observing his signs which he did.23 And when he was in Jerusalem, at the passover, at the feast, many believed on his name, beholding his signs which he wrought.
But Jesus, on His part, was not entrusting Himself to them, for He knew all men,24 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,24 Jesus, however, was wary of these believers. He understood people24 But Jesus didn't trust himself to them, because he knew everyone,24 But Jesus himself did not trust himself to them, because he knew all men,
and because He did not need anyone to testify concerning man, for He Himself knew what was in man.25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.25 and didn't need anyone to tell him about human nature. He knew what people were really like.25 and because he didn't need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.25 and that he had not need that any should testify of man, for himself knew what was in man.
